Get your MarioHR API key
Reach out to your MarioHR account manager to retrieve the API key for your organization.
Add the key to Greenhouse
In Greenhouse Recruiting, navigate to the integrations section and enable the MarioHR integration by pasting in the API key.
Add the assessment stage to your interview plan
Open the job whose interview plan you want to update and add a new MarioHR assessment stage where you'd like the evaluation to live in the funnel.
Configure your take-home test
Work with your MarioHR account manager to configure which assessment is sent to candidates that reach this stage. You're ready to send tests to candidates.
send Send a test
Open a candidate's profile and click the Send Test button next to the MarioHR interview stage. The assessment instructions will be sent to the candidate by MarioHR automatically. No manual emails needed.
timeline Track status in Greenhouse
Once a test has been sent, the assessment's status will display directly in Greenhouse Recruiting alongside the interview stage, so your team always knows where each candidate stands.
grading Review results from the Interview Kit
When the candidate submits their test, the Interview Kit will contain a link to view the submission. Click Go to test to open the candidate's results inside the MarioHR application.
The link in the Interview Kit takes interviewers straight to the recording, transcript, and code artifacts, so reviewers can pre-read async before any live interview.
